We are a Puerto Rican food truck /catering company. We specialize in authentic puerto rican dishes. Consisting of rice & beans, arroz con gondules, roast pork, pork chunks, chicken chunks, empanadas, bacalaitos, alcapurrias, pasteles, tostone platters,sweet plantains and many more. We give you the natural flavors of puerto rico. We mainly do catering and food truck events. Our hours are open everyday for business but we are not physically in a designated location. They are open for catering and events by reservations.

Ok, commentary. Did a Drive-by of Culver's, was a nightmare long line, did a U-Turn, and saw Pork O' Rican truck on 2701 SR 7 (441) in Margate parked in one of the lots. I got the pork sandwich...

Well I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the rice & beans yesterday. The beans were not really red, they were quite watery, it looked seasoned but did not taste the garlic or cilantro...

I had an Empanada very tasty and Fresh. I really enjoyed. The employees were very friendly and I like the music that what brought me to the food truck to check it out!
