Pop's Cafe, located within Cape Coral City Hall, is a unique cafeteria operated by Special Populations. Since opening in June 2001, it has become a popular dining spot offering delicious home-style soups, pastries, desserts, and healthy salads prepared daily.
The cafe's greatest asset is its staff of forty-five City of Cape Coral employees with intellectual disabilities, who rotate job sites throughout the week. These enthusiastic individuals are proud to be a part of the success of Pop's Cafe and warmly welcome all visitors.
