What a dump. This is marketed as a boutique historic hotel and it is a total dump. It's filthy. There is stuff falling apart. Avoid.

We use the word "character" to describe the Ponce. :) It's an old building with a cool lobby area and a great downtown St Pete location. If you're looking for all the amenities of a brand new...
