I have no clue why this place has such a low rating. We walked here from the embassy suites and it was so good! There are a lot of chicken options, pulled pork and salad options but the sides...

My grand-nephew were hungry so we decided to walk to the nearest restaurant from the hotel which happened to be this Pollo Tropical. I knew there was a reason I don't frequent this establishment....

I thought the grilled chicken is a little dry but still tasty with the hot sauce. Tried the strawberry lemonade too. Mostly just lemon. Rice was just plain white rice with a bit of saltiness....

They charge you for stuff you don't get and ask you if you want any items and get to the window, they are out. People outside in the tablet don't know what their doing and they people at the drive...
