It's a hit or miss for me. Sometimes there is a 20 car line at the drive thru.... sometimes it's empty. I've had fresh chicken and perfect waffle fries, I've had super fatty, dried out...

Employee having lunch in the prepping area. That is so gross and unprofessional. Employees should take their lunch in a lunch area or eat in the back but not eating in in front of everyone

Would put 0 if I had the choice, workers are all miserable and gave us all wrong portions, for no reason, tell them to fix their attitude or stay home it's not that hard.

I ordered a quesadilla wrap for my son and he almost choked on a chicken bone trying to eat it and the wrap Was cold and digesting. Never buying from this pollo Again
