We have started off 15 years ago as a property maintenance company and were asked by our clients to help them with home watch. Having a real estate background, we started a home watch and property management company. Our main focus is annual residential property management. Once we have start with a property owner we will start marketing the property, screen a tenant (through our online application & tenant screening) and secure a new annual lease. We strive to make this transition smooth and our main focus is to enforce the terms of the lease.
