Use this facility to park my car during hurricane Milton , paid to exit using the app the amount due. There was an employee working the gate up charging cash for me to exit. Price gouging at best.

The absolute worst parking garage system I've ever experienced. Completely disrespectful staff, the parking app was nonfunctional, they were unable to take cash, and they STILL held us at the gate...
