We are located in an area of many conveniences about 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico in sunny Bradenton, Florida. We are a resident-owned, over 55 community of 346 home sites, which are situated on wide streets with curbs and gutters. We currently have 139 owners, with the balance of home sites leased from the Co-op, thus offering an option of rental or ownership to all residents.
