Plant City High School

Plant City High School is a secondary school offering educational instruction to students in grades nine through 12. Located in Plant City, Fla., the school has an enrollment of more than 2,500 students and is part of the Hillsborough County School District. Established in 1914, it offers classes in English, science, computer application, social studies, foreign language, math, Web designing, health education, music, fine arts and physical education. The school has a fully equipped library and media center that has a large collection of books and offers various student research links and resources. It also has athletic teams for several sports, including basketball, soccer, wrestling, football, cross country, swimming and diving, golf and volleyball. Plant City High School also provides special education to students with serious emotional disturbance, language and speech impairment, specific learning disabilities, limited intellectual functioning, orthopedic and visual impairments, multiple disabilities and other health impairments.
