Disappointed to say the least , the front desk supervisor Silvia was rude and does not treat gym members with the customer service you would expect from a "supervisor" . If I could give it 0 stars...

The gym is always clean and has many options to choose from. Huge downside is that the gym gets SUPER packed at all hours. Times where it seems like a gym won't be busy... every machine is taken....
