Pizzaiola uses handcrafted brick ovens to bake its pizzas, calzones, paninis, and even desserts. The structure of these brick ovens were built by a mason who carefully put together these bricks, concrete and stone to shape the baking chamber. Then the outside is designed with a mosaic style to add a unique look but also an extra layer of isolation.
