Yelp says it closes at 5 PM. We walked up to their door at 4:40 PM and it was locked tight. We suddenly realized that our tags had expired. We will be back in the morning!

I have paid my property taxes here for a few years. It is usually an in and out process. They are helpful as well. It is a clean place with plenty of parking.
