Horrible experience, TWICE!!!! I waited almost 2 months for my dogs appointment, they told me they could not groom him because his tail was too tight. I have never heard such a thing in my life....

The groomer cut my dog today while grooming and didn't say anything. Noticed a cut on the inside of his left leg. Not happy at all. They should have said something about it when I picked him...
