Train with Kristi was established in 2011 by Owner Kristi Schalch Gutierrez. Train with Kristi's purpose is to provide Training for All Levels of Fitness that would include: Personal Training, Athletic Training, High Performance Training, Tennis Fit Classes, Small Group Classes, Bootcamps, TRX Training and ViPR Training.
Specialties
Train with Kristi provides a great mixture of Classes and Personal Training. Small Group Circuit Training is held during the week at Bird Key Park on Mon & Wed Mornings from 9-10am, and she teaches a complimentary class called the Bayside Challenge Workout on Saturday mornings at 10:30am by the Ringling Bridge Gazebo! Train with Kristi also teaches a Tennis Fit class that is a lot of fun as all levels can join. It is a workout that includes strength endurance & Tennis all in 1 great class! It is definitely a great hobby to get into as you can burn lots of calories while having Fun! This class is held at Arlington Park on Tuesday & Friday mornings. Ignite 360 Training is also available along with TRX, ViPR, and Private Training to focus on individual goals!
