Perla Baking Co. cafe was born out of the idea to bring our love of baked goods and specialty coffee to the historic main street of Defuniak Springs, Florida. We offer our local community fresh breads, pastries, desserts and lunch items paired with great organic coffee and teas from Amavida Coffee Roasters. Ran across this spot on my way back from New Orleans. Perfect for a Sunday lunch. Quiet, friendly, clean and the food was top notch.
