I was devastated when Penny moved out of town and I am so glad she is back. The atmosphere in this place is awesome good people, good conversation, and a great hair cut. Prices are tops.

First visit. Good haircut at a great price. Staff was friendly. I've had inconsistent experiences at other Spring Hill barber shops/salons so I'll update/increase my rating after a few visits here.
