Pazzo Southside

History

After growing up in Brooklyn and trying to find a niche, Michael became a bus boy. Whenever and wherever they needed him, he went. After a few years he became a prep cook, then a line cook, then a chef, then he bought his first place. Several restaurants and years later we found ourselves in sarasota. We love it here! We tried to go smaller, but we outgrew that space and we were determined to do something bigger, and Pazzo was born! We are so grateful for anyone that clicks, comes, or reads about our little business! Thank you!
