No entrance fee is required at this huge dock in an otherwise open area of Paynes Prairie. I believe it is technically part of the park but way far away from the rest of it and accessed directly...

Long dock. Nice view. Short activity. No fee. Right off of the main highway going north just past Micanopy and the rest of Paynes Prairie State Park.
