Founded in 1989, Patients First is Tallahassee's Largest Urgent Care with multiple centers throughout the city. Our walk-in clinic is open 7 days a week with extended hours. Our goal is to deliver the perfect patient experience every time. We are here for most common injuries which require stitches or x-rays for broken bones; and most illnesses or infections, such as Cold and Flu symptoms, bronchitis, pink eye, COVID testing, ear infections, etc. We accept most insurance plans, have onsite labs, and offer online check in times. The receptiniest was highly unprofessional, implied my wife was old. Gave us incorrect information that turned a 2 hour wait into 4. Will never come BACK.

Your Patients First Lake Ella customer care sucks! Should be called Investors First! Actually, I think that is the name. OK I arrive with my appointment in hand (made the night before online)...
