Community Christian School was founded in 1984, and is a private Christian school in Melbourne, Fla. The school is an independent nondenominational school governed by a board of directors comprised of individuals from several church backgrounds. Community Christian School is a nonprofit, autonomous ministry, providing biblically based Christian education to various students. The school is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools. Its academic curriculum includes English, social studies, science, bible studies, computer education, math, art and physical education. It additionally offers various extracurricular and sports programs, such as volleyball, basketball, hockey, tennis, swimming, track and cross-country, soccer and football.
