The old Rappy's is now Park Place Deli. The restaurant is the same, an upscale deli. The food is basically the same but lower pricing. There are a lot of better and much cheaper delis in the areas.

The Happiest Happy Hour in DB. The whole restaurant is in happy hour beginning 11am-7. Then again from 9pm on. 1/2 price drinks. Menu is reasonable enough to enjoy the food. Forget the omelet....
