Idk anything about Sanford but my bf introduced me to Park Ave and it's sooooo good! I've only tried the fried rice and the steak sub and they are both delicious! Highly recommend! I'm from Miami...

Best fish and subs ever! I always go here and they remember you, which is such an amazing touch. They remember what sauce you want and what your order usually. Super nice people, very clean place....
