I was in Englewood for the week on vacation and went to a show at the Englewood event center in which Parise Eats was the caterer. There were over 300 people to be fed starting an hour and a half...

Went to a catered event in January, the food was a joke, it was INEDIBLE. They should not be allowed to have a license to serve food to the public. Owner was rude, and seemed intoxicated.

Mike catered our wedding yesterday and it was some of the best food that we have ever eaten! His brisket was amazing as was his Mac and cheese and smashed potatoes. Even warmed up as leftovers...
