Located in Orlando, Fla., SHARE the CARE is a nonprofit agency that provides a variety of services for adults with physical and cognitive impairments. Established in 1986, the agency offers adult day and respite care services for individuals who suffer from Alzheimer s disease. It serves more than 1,000 families every year. SHARE the CARE operates a memory disorder clinic and adult day care and neighborhood centers. The agency also provides overnight care, mental health counseling, home modification, nondurable medical supplies, family support groups and caregiver training services.
