Did you know that if you do not notify a residential tenant of your intention to forfeit his or her deposit, within 15 days of the termination of the lease, even if the apartment is trashed, you must refund all of the deposit. We treat your property as though our own money was invested. Every line item of expense is scrutinized for possible savings and extensive marketing is done to maximize your rental income. At the same time, we maintain your property with preventive and ongoing maintenance to enhance its value.
