Every time I order a bagel sliced and toasted they do not toast it. I ask them to to toast and they say that they can't take it back. Take it to the toaster and toast it. They are really rude...

Absolutely terrible food from the soup, sandwiches, salads, even the cookies. Quality at Panera is at an all time low. Our order was wrong as well.

food quality has gone downhill so much. and the price has gone UP. the new "Croque monsieur" aka a grilled ham and cheese sandwich is garbage. Tasted gross and soggy. Cost $8 for something I could...
