History

In 2005 I started working as a personal and group fitness trainer at Ballys Total Fitness gym where I had a chance to improve all my training skills , meet with variety of diffrent people with different needs and expectations. In 2009 I decided to try and I started my own business PalmBeachFitnessPro Inc. That gave me an opportunity to really step up and create my own vision of how to serve and help all my clients with their nutrition, fitness and general well being. With clients both young and old alike, I take great pride in adapting the level and intensity of my one-on-one sessions to the particular needs of each individual.
