We are located in the beautiful Downtown St Petersburg, Florida, just two blocks away from the Central Ave where you can find tons of restaurants and shops and less that ten minutes walking distance to the waterfront/Beach Drive where lots of events happens all over the year. This property opened business in 1932 as Hotel Ritz. After nearly 90 years, the place still has the Floridian flair of the 1930's, but it needed updated to restore its old glory. That is exactly what we have been doing. More and more rooms are updated to hotel rooms.
