Palm Tran, owned by the government of Palm Beach County in Florida, provides public transportation services for the people of the county. Through its network of fixed-route, paratransit and LINK route deviation services, it accommodates several types of lifestyles and age groups. Palm Tran runs seven days a week and serves more than 3,300 bus stops. Its buses are equipped with wheelchair ramps, automatic stop announcement systems and bike racks. For safety and security reasons, Palm Tran s buses are also equipped with surveillance cameras. In addition, it provides public outreach and travel training services. Palm Tran offers a fare program.
