Outspokin Bicycles has been serving the Tampa Bay cycling community for over 20 years. We started with one shop in Clearwater and through providing a premium rider experience, offering our community quality bicycles, and second-to-none technical knowledge; we were able to add a second location in South Tampa over 10 years ago. Between our two stores we offer 8+ group rides a month. From our Saturday Tweener Rides in Clearwater for the rider that is new to road riding, to our large and well known Friday morning Weekend Warmup in Tampa that averages 20 mph down the picturesque Bayshore Boulevard.
