The Titusville Police Department provides law enforcement services, promotes public safety and protects the rights and property of residents in Titusville, Fla. The departments operations division encompasses all uniformed officers, patrol services, special operations units, the traffic unit, the K-9 unit, the special weapons and tactics team and the crisis negotiations team. The department s other divisions include family services, sexual offender programs, the community relations unit, a crime prevention team, the neighborhood watch program and the communications section. The city is divided into two sectors and four zones. The patrol officers are dispersed into five squads and cover the city on a 24-hour basis.
