Every time we come in for our appointment, it's at least an hour wait. I came 10 minutes late one time, and I had to pay a fee. I had 2 appointments that day, and one was cancelled. How is that...

terrible experience. My appointment was at 2:40 and I didn't get seen until about 5 o'clock lady tells me the doctor will be in and I've waited for over an hour. Definitely not a good experience
