Fletcher Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. Located in Tampa, Fla., Probation and Parole Services is a division that supervises offenders in the community who have been placed on probation and who have been released from prisons with post-release supervision. The division also offers employment assistance and substance abuse and mental health counseling services. It administers community-based programs that include sex offender treatment services. Probation and Parole Services is a part of the Florida Department of Corrections, which provides mental health care, supervision and vocational rehabilitation services. The department promotes public safety and assists felons to return to normal life. It also provides educational programs that include adult basic education, printing, graphics, carpentry and digital design sessions.
