Orchard Ridge Rehabilitation

Located in Clearwater, Fla., the Sunset Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. It offers a range of post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and other specialty medical services. The facility, in partnership with a licensed hospice organization, also provides hospice-related services. The Sunset Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is accredited by The Joint Commission and is certified by Medicare and Medicaid. It offers a variety of health care programs and services, such as nutritional, pain and diabetes management; occupational, physical, speech, intravenous and respiratory therapies; and stroke recovery and wound care services. In addition, the facility provides auditory, dental, podiatric, psychiatric and vision care services.
