Been unable to get car into building 20 parking lot multiple times with emergency maintenance not responding to open gate. Gate constantly broken and they keep shutting the gate time after time.

Literally if I could give this place -50 stars I would from the harassment to careless regard of student safety. I have had issues with this complex time after time again since before I even moved...

I moved here for the location and price. The new management is poor and the front office staff never know what is going on. They have repeatedly given us keys for our apartment that don't work....
