History

Our business actually began back in 1982, when we purchased our first property. In 2003 we formed what is now Omni Real Estate Solutions, LLC. We buy and sell homes in Orlando, Florida and the surrounding area. We offer seller financing for those individuals who may have trouble qualifying with a traditional lender.

Specialties

We buy properties at full market value and get the seller about 10% more for their property than if they sold the old fashioned way. We buy beautiful new properties or properties that need repairs, are in foreclosure, have no equity, inherited properties and more. We won't low-ball you like other companies do. We will Pay Full Market Value for the house and we pay All Closing Costs!

Steve DeWitt has been specializing in site selection and dispositions in the Central Florida Market since 1979. His current list of clients include Kids' R' Kids Preschools, Racetrac Petroleum, Harbor Federal, Donatos Pizza, McDonalds, Einstein Bagels, Yum Brands! and Landstar Development Corporation. Steve is involved in all aspects of the business at Shorecrest including heading up the development team. Janet's background includes accounting as well as coordinating real estate closings. Janet is responsible for Human Resources and Accounting Shorecrest Retail Partners. Andrea Merkel is responsible for the sales and leasing activites, as well as overseeing all marketing engagements. Prior to joining Shorecrest, Andrea Merkel completed a minor in Business Administration through the University of Florida, and has a background working with a Civil Engineering company. Andrea is also continuing her education with the University of Central Florida.
