Oldest City Bait & tackle has been owned and operated in the same location by Dave Privett since 1991 in St. Augustine Florida. The store has just recently (08/2014) Moved to its new location (1949 A1A South ) where they hope to continue to serve Saint Augustine for another 24 years. The bait shop is still being ran by Dave, and his daughter Candi.
Specialties
We specialize in all areas of saltwater fishing, from surf fishing, river/creek fishing, to the deep blue sea fishing. We carry Fresh dead shrimp,LIVE shrimp, Mud Minnows, and fiddler crabs. frozen baits are Shrimp,mullet squid clams blue crab, sardines, cigar minnows, bally hoo and much more! We carry all the rod & reels, tackle and accessories you would need for a great day of catching! We have been serving Saint augustine with the best bait and service since 1991! My favorite tackle shop. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The shop has everything you need to fish in St Augustine.

Just an average bait shop. The only one I saw in the area. Sort of hard to spot from the highway and very small.
