This is an old motel, not a hotel. The person at the front desk takes 20 to 30 minutes to check you in when it should take five minutes . The remodeling is terrible and things aren't fixed...

Ocean "Roach" Hotel We walked into the room and were greeted by a live roach.... Need I say more? The phone was not connected nor did it have buttons to call the front desk, it was mere decor....
