Their customer service is rude, unclear, and unprofessional. They have no idea when they can schedule something and wanted to hang up to go help someone else.

The manager is incredibly rude and they upcode on patients who don't need it. The manager talks like he has a stick up his ass. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here.
