Lake Mary Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 2000, we have 4 private rooms, 58 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Lake Mary also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, a worship area, pastoral support and transportation services. Adventist Care Center operates subacute care and nursing homes in five states, including one located in Orlando, Fla. The center s clinical teams combine trained physicians and nurses to coordinate an interdisciplinary treatment. Its rehabilitation team helps individuals achieve independence and regain physical functions, based on the treatment program prescribed by the physician. Its range of therapy services include physical, occupational, speech and recreation therapies. It is affiliated with experts in the field of Alzheimer's disease for its treatment. The center offers subacute care at a cost considerably less than hospital care. Additionally, it offers other clinical services, such as ventilator management and weaning, tracheostomy and comprehensive wound care, hospital respiratory and intravenous infusion therapy, cardiac telemetry monitoring, peritoneal and hemodialysis, and specialized HIV and AIDS programs.
