Northpoint Land Surveying offers a full array of land survey services. We've served contractors, developers, attorneys and real estate professionals throughout Florida since 1998. After studying land surveying at the University of Florida, Northpoint Land Surveying founder Patrick O'Leary has been surveying in Florida for the past 35 years. He has supervised the surveying work for a broad scope of jobs including residential developments, interstate expansion and utility pipeline installation.
