North Miami Beach Administrative Service

The Administrative Services Department provides support to various departments. It works in association with the city manager s office to coordinate the initiation of intergovernmental operations. The department also represents the city in interactions with outside governmental agencies. The Administrative Services Department coordinates a variety of public information resources for internal and public distribution. In addition, it is responsible for purchasing functions that involve the timely securing of equipment, materials, supplies and services. The department is governed by the city of North Miami Beach in Florida. Spread over an area of more than 5 square miles, the city serves over 40,000 people. It also operates community development, finance, information technology and police departments.
