North Florida Academy

History

The North Florida Academy was established in March of 2003 in order to provide training and employable skills in Cosmetology, Nail Technology, Facial Specialty, and Instructor Training. Harold Johnson and Eleanor Rossano established the North Florida Academy.

Specialties

North Florida Academy's mission is to prepare graduates for careers in the Cosmetology Arts and Sciences; Cosmetology, Nail Specialty, Facial Specialty, Full Specialty, and Instructor Programs. By providing up-to-date theory and practical courses of instruction, we will train those students to pass the Florida State Board examination and/or qualifying them for licensure or certification. Licensing and Certification will make them eligible to pursue gainful employment in the industry. That being said, North Florida Academy's campus offers many different hair, nail and spa services at affordable prices. Our students learn everything from microdermabrasion and top of the line facials to advanced hair color and highlighting applications.
