They were quick , and friendly enough while offering information . If you get there early, the lines don't really fill up as it's an out of the way location...

I almost hit my head on the overhanging wires. Across the street from the courthouse. This is shameful.

Always crowded, but it is the one place to go to get questions answered. Oh yes, there is a courthouse upstairs
