Quiet atmosphere, great food and cheap plates. Buffet for two was around $20. Quick refills from staff and relaxed environment. The fried fish was amazing and so were the dumplings and wontons

Found hair in the buffet food (it happens). Just after lunch rush, food was cold and not replenished. Very mid. Was first visit, not eager to return.
