I attended a free dinner seminar that promotes this facility at Applebee's, and when I asked the young lady McKenzie if they will take my insurance, she said yes that they take most insurances....

the most corrupt business ever.. they used scare tactics, refurbished equipment, changed ownership 3 times in one year.. charged 9k for what was a scam.. I wish that I had gone to my neurologist...
