New Orleans Cajun Seafood
History
Established in December of 2007 by Loan Nguyen, New Orleans Cajun Seafood opened its doors at 5503 W. Colonial Drive as the first restaurant to bring Hot Boiled Crawfish to the city. Originally from Vietnam, Loan developed her menu with authentic Cajun influences after coming to the US and living in the New Orleans, LA area. Her crawfish boil is 2nd to none with her Cajun, Garlic Butter or Mix both options. She also maintained her culture by offering Pho Ga and Bun Rieu, traditional Vietnamese soups, to her customers along with other cultural dishes. Loan expanded her locations in 2020 to the East side of Orlando with the new spot at 9728 E. Colonial Drive.
