Be careful with New Beginning they are not there to help you they want your money and that's it. I went in for the HCG diet. If you are familiar with this diet it is brutal, 500 calories per day...

Don't go! Don't waste your time! I had an appointment for b-12 well in advance, they weren't there the day of. I'm told they'll be 2-3 days...I get the phone call they're in and go to pick them...
