I was taken in very quickly. The front office staff was wonderful, and very kind to me. I am elderly and on a walker, my ride was waiting outside, I came via another facility.

I was told to be here at 12:30 for an appointment for 12:45. It's 1:35!and still waiting. This is unacceptable. I get being behind a little bit; but YOU tell us to come early to wait over an hour....
