don't ever choose this place they want to see people in pain they litterally took a month to book an appointment then make u come a hour early prior to your appointment to do paperwork for a hour...

What a WASTE! Pay to review your records including EMGs, MRIs, PT reports, Operative reports, etc. Then he orders multiple MRIs, Sleep Studies, Biofeedback, EMG, X-rays (all done by his office)...
